Solar allows me to take control of where energy comes from and how I spend my money. It also made my job. I get real independence and my own personal stimulus plan.

  2. Tashiro Family (solar pioneers)

We use a ton of electricity, and while we are conscious to reduce consumption, the facts were obvious our household consumes lots of electricity. Summer months are worst with AC and pool filter running all day. So we’ve replaced all our lights to LED at significant expense, and make every effort to switch off big hogs like computers and LCD TV. Then Sungevity presented a compelling no-money down, solar lease solution. Now with our solar installation, the AC and pool filter will be powered by the Sun! This was a great opportunity to get a decent size solar installation without having to make a big $$ investment on our end, or take a home loan to finance it. Professional installation along with great customer service throughout.

We have chosen Solar because we want to cut down on our carbon footprint on the Earth as much as
possible. We want to walk lightly and not run on the Earth. It is our choice. We saw that we could Lease and that made it very affordable. We are so happy and feel really good about doing this. It’s also for
future generations. We will save a few bucks also. By doing this and the research we have done on saving energy it’s become a family affair. All of us try to cut down wherever we can. We recycle everything, we have a beautiful summer and winter vegetable garden. We tell everyone what we have done. They are interested, we invite them to come and see our “power plant”. We are very proud to have done this. The Sungevity company is the best, I really mean that. We were so fortunate to have them install the system. We have a relationship, it will be at least for 20 years. We are still on our “honeymoon” and it’s a beautiful thing.

  4. Because it is renewable and doesn’t produce nasty CO2 and use up nonrenewable resources. I’m a huge fan of clean air, water, etc. and want to leave a better world for the next generation…especially my daughter!
