It’s been 1,043 days since the Obama administration agreed to put solar panels on the White House. In that time, thousands of other Americans have put solar panels on their own houses, saving the country millions of pounds of greenhouse gases, saving a ton of  money, and creating over 100,000 jobs.

Tell President Obama: it’s time.

  1. Mr. President,
Please save the taxpayers money by switching to lower cost solar electricity on the White House. You can use some of the money I’ve donated to your campaigns, and I’m happy to help you with a free solar iQuote.

    Thank you,
    Daniel Bell

P.S. 98% of the world’s scientists think there are additional benefits to be had by making this decision.

Hi Dear President,I’ve been a strong supporter of yours since 2007. I can’t understand why you haven’t put solar panels on the White House yet. It would be a great symbolic gesture. Have just given up on the whole global warming issue? Do you think it’s already too late, so why bother? Hope that you still have hope that we can fix the worst aspects of the impending greenhouse gas disaster. Please act!
    Best,
    Merie

  3. I got my solar panels last year. When will the White House go solar?

  4. President Carter set the stage and President Regan wrecked it, now you can strut and fret your way across it and bright a bright ray of HOPE for energy independence will emerge once you bring SOLAR back to the White House.

  5. Dear President Obama,
Time to fully check into this and do the right thing, as a campaign promise and for the planet. What better way to promote power by the sun?

  6. Why muck up the roof on the White House with solar panels. They should buy into a community solar array instead. Better ROI anyway.
